It all started with a plan...

And a plank that was routed to plan...

This was then filled with black epoxy


It was sanded flat and finished...
I made a base that also held a pullout trash. I installed mirrors between the legs to complete the illusion

Here it is in its final location, waiting for the chairs that are being topcoated in my shop.

Mirrors are now installed and it looks pretty cool. I need to get another photo...
